I have worked across several areas at Enclude ranging from small business finance, to housing finance and microfinance, Channels & Linkages and Capital Advisory. My roles have been as a trainer, mentor, market researcher, capacity development facilitator, financial modeler and strategic planner.
I worked for 4 years as the investment officer in FOCAP, an investment fund targeting SMEs in the Mexican state of Guanajuato, where I learned Enclude’s approach to small business finance by building a pipeline of potential clients, developing financial models for them, creating market studies, and being in charge of the underwriting, closing and monitoring processes.
Master in Energy and Renewable Resources Management, Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education Studies (ITESM, Mexico). In progress

I am concerned about the environmental issues that we humans have brought upon the planet we inhabit and cohabit with other stakeholders. I have a firm belief that the environment and the monetary resources in our society are deeply interconnected. People, Profits and Planet are not independent factors of an equation but instead critical and required elements of the formula to reach sustainability. As a banker, I have come to realize that one of the single biggest determinants of a society’s future health is where capital is allocated today; this means that as bankers we have serious and consequential decisions to make about how we earn, and where we lend, money. This is the reason I am passionate about inclusive and sustainable finance.
