After high school, I worked in Bolivia with street children which raised the wish to some day find a job “with purpose” – and while I got side-tracked and stayed in banking for many years, that wish always persisted.
Within my banking job, I worked with the microfinance team confirming my interest in the industry. I was slated to join that team just when it got disbanded in 2008.
In 2010, I decided that I needed more than “just a job.” I resigned from banking to pursue my long-standing dream of finding a job that truly interests me and fills me with joy and pride and purpose.
Diplomkauffrau, University of Cologne, Germany (focus on finance, accounting and economics)
In a nutshell, I love what I do because it is not only an extremely interesting, challenging and varied job but it also provides me with inspiring colleagues and clients. I feel very privileged and proud to be part of the company, what it stands for and its integrity and purpose.
